Shipping Truck RETURN AND REFUNDS

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. We regret that we are also unable to accept returns for purchases made due to a change of mind.

We only accept returns where the necklace reaches you in a damaged state. Please take a time-stamped photo of the necklace showing the damage, within 24 hours of delivery and notify us at Contact@Manik.International. We will help to resolve the problem, and after a return has been arranged, with the damaged item reaching us in its original box and packaging, we will process a refund. We will pay for the return shipping of a damaged item.
