We ship all orders by DHL Express and shipping is tracked.
There will be free shipping for all orders in Singapore and Malaysia.
A shipping fee of $18 SGD is to be paid on single-item orders to most places in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan), Australia, and New Zealand. For two items, customers pay $30 SGD, and for 3 items, $38 SGD.
A shipping fee of $28 SGD is to be paid on single-item orders to Europe, Canada, and the US. For two items, customers pay $48 SGD, and for 3 items, $63 SGD.
Please note that the responsibility for any custom duties and taxes which may apply in the countries to which the orders are delivered will rest with the customer. Manik cannot provide specific cost estimates as they vary by country. For further details, please reach out to your local customs office.

Please give us 2 business days to process your order. Thereafter, delivery in Singapore will take between 1 to 2 days, and an average of 2 to 7 days to other countries, depending on factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, and the distance of addresses from airports. Note however that we cannot offer refunds for delays in shipments where the fault lies with our courier, DHL, or is a result of delays in customs clearance.
